Choose activities that you enjoy and that make you happy. Fun exercises or music; or even doing exercises while listening to music; these are all ways to be happy. Do you love dancing? Get out with friends and have some fun! Physical activity of all types releases pleasant hormones. This could help eliminate panic attacks and in some cases depression. It does not mean you go and play a game of tennis when you’re having a panic attack. But if you are prone to these sorts of attacks, then these activities will help you to get rid of them once and for all.
Just in case, you notice that several of your friends are not very optimisitic then it may be better not to hang around with them. if you decide you want to elimiate panic attacks, then its important to be around optimism most the time. One thing that will not help, is to hang around pessimistic people. If you listen to pessimist opinions of others then your problems most likely will not go away.
Talk to Others
As we saw panic attacks are built up by the storage of negative energy inside your body. This will be freed, if you can or are able to talk to others about your concerns, fears or anxieties. Many of us hold on to things and never let them go which only does harm not good. Most the time you don’t need a solution, having someone who will listen to you is all you need to help with the panic attacks.
